What we collect

When you submit your website URL and email for a free audit, we collect: your email address, the URL you submitted, the audit results generated for that URL, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp).

How we use it

We use your email to send you your report card and, if you opt in, follow-up emails about your compliance status. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your email with advertisers.

Data retention

Audit reports are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy), Resend for transactional email, and Railway for hosting. Each service processes only the data necessary for their function.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Service description

ADAComplyPro provides automated website accessibility audits and remediation services. Our audits check for compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria using automated tools.

Not legal advice

Our reports, grades, and lawsuit likelihood scores are informational tools based on technical analysis. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee immunity from ADA litigation. For legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.

Accuracy

Automated accessibility scans detect a subset of WCAG violations. A passing score does not guarantee full compliance. Manual testing is recommended for comprehensive coverage.

Payment and refunds

Remediation fees are due upon checkout. If you are unsatisfied with your remediation within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a resolution. We will re-remediate at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to audit. Submitting competitor or third-party URLs without authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

ADAComplyPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
